Most items will be in stock however, on the odd occasion when something is out of stock then it will be made upon ordering. Please allow upto 7 days to receive a despatch confirmation before contacting us.

If you have not received a despatch confirmation after 7 days please contact us using the contact form on the home page.

All Orders over £30.00 automatically qualify for free shipping.

Royal Mail

 

We use this service for all orders up to 2kgs.  All orders will be sent 48hr tracked.

​

Orders over 2kgs will be sent by courier.

​

Local Collection 

​

This option is for those in the WV14 postcode to collect their orders locally free of charge.

​

Open Box

​

This option is for those of you who wish to place several orders and have everything despatched in one package at a later date. To start an open box place your order as normal and select the start/add to open box option at checkout. To close your open box, pay the  correct postage with your last order and we will despatch everything together.

All postage options apply to UK customers only. Please contact us for a quote on postage if you are not based in the UK.

Please allow up to 10 working days from receiving your despatch confirmation for your order to arrive. Unfortunately Royal mail delivery timescales are out of our control once your order has been despatched and a parcel cannot be reported as missing until 10 working days from the despatch date. We will not refund or replace until the 10 working days have passed.
